Islands

Throughout the year I was photographing the same trees and then I have created collages. They remind me of the mysterious many-faceted islands. Thus, realistic images of trees move from the sphere of botany to the world of interpretations.

Visualization of changes in the same objects over time allows you to make time tangible and see what the human eye usually misses — constant metamorphoses of the surrounding world.

The Islands project is a research of time, variability, boundaries between science and art, where each of the depicted objects serves as a stimulus for free associations.
